Refund policy

Returns
All pots are handmade and carefully packed before shipping. They're fragile and unique, therefore you can't return your bought pots (no worries, you'll love them too much to even want to return them)

Damages
If you find that you pots are damaged despite the solid packaging, we ask you to send photos of the pots and box (possibly still in the box) to potsandanemones@hotmail.com as soon as possible to work out a solution together.
