Pick-up
If you choose pick up it means that you will pick up your order yourself at my atelier. The standard pickup moment is every Wednesday from 13h till 18h. If this day or time does not work for you you can always send me an email. Together we can choose a time that suits us both!

Shipping prices
I use fixed shipping prices because I don't want to add any more money than necessary to the product prices. People who choose to pick up their order at my atelier shouldn't pay the extra money I should ask to offer 'free shipping'. The prices I ask for shipping are based on the current prices of the post office and only covers what I have to pay myself to ship the pots to you.

Shipping time
If the pots you buy are in stock (and they will be 99% of the time, as I don't add pots to the webshop if I don't have them in stock), I make sure to ship them asap. Unless I contact you personally, or the post service itself is delayed, the pots should be at your house within a week.
